Cloves 4-5 no.
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Onion 1 small
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Millet ¼ cup
Jowar ¼ cup
Barley ¼ cup
Soya ½ cup
Chana Dal ¼ cup
Moong Dal ¼ cup
Toor Dal ¼ cup
Black Urad Dal ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Potato 1 no.
Cauliflower 1 small
Carrot 1 small
Beans 3-4 no.
Rice 1 1/2cup
Water 4 cup
Desi Ghee 3 tbsp
Method
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cloves, cumin seeds and sauté well.
2. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, millet, jowar, barley, soya, chana dal, moong dal, toor dal, black dal.
3. Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
4. Add potato, cauliflower, carrot, beans, rice, water and mix well. Cook for 7 whistles.
5. Add ghee and mix.
6. Serve hot in a bowl.
