Now Make Mushroom masala restaurant style at home.

Recipe for Mushroom Masala

Mushroom                    2 pkt (20-25 No.)
Wheat flour                   1 1/2 tbsp
All purpose four            1 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar                         2 tbsp
Lemon slice                  2-3 No.
Onion Cut into cube      1/2 No.
Tomato cut into cube     3 No.
Whole Kashmiri red chillies 4-5 No.
Bay leaf                         1 no.
Green cardamom          2-3 no.
Cloves                           4-5 No.
Cinnamon stick             1/2 inch
Oil                                  for cooking
Ginger-garlic paste        1 tsp
Salt                                to taste
Coriander powder         1 tbsp
Turmeric powder           1/2 tsp
Yogurt                            2 tbsp
Butter                             1 tsp
Method:
1. Take mushroom in a bowl, sprinkle wheat flour, flour, vinegar and little water and using the finger gently rub the mushroom.
2. Rinse the mushroom very gently.
3. Heat water in pan, add lemon slice and bring to water boil, add mushroom and boil it for 1 min.
4. Strain and rinse in cold water and keep it aside.
5. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan, add green cardamom, cloves, bayleaf and cinnamon stick, mix well and saute for 30 sec.
6. Add red chillies and onion, mix well and saute for 1 min.
7. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes, mix well and saute for another 1 min.
8. Add salt, coriander powder and turmeric powder, mix well and saute for 4-5 min.
9. Switch off the flame and keep the pan aside for 15-20 min.
10. After 15 min. take the mixture in mixing jar, add yogurt and little water and grind to a fine paste.
11. Remove the paste in same pan and saute for 5 min.
12. Add water in a mixing jar, shake well and add to the pan and mix well and cook for 1 min.
13. Add boiled mushroom and mix well.
14. Add butter, mix well and cook for 4-5 min.
15. Remove in serving bowl and serve hot.
