Recipe Description

Ingredients Quantity
Guava 4 no.
Mint Leaves ½ cups + for garnish
Sugar 4tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 no.
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Lemon slice for garnish
Water and ice cubes as required

Method:
1. In a mixer grinder add roughly chopped Guava, mint leaves, black pepper powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt, sugar, and lemon juice, with ½ cup of water and ice cube. And grind it into a paste.
2.Now add more water and grind it again.
3.In a bowl add some more ice cube and strain the shikanji to the bowl.
4.In a plate take red chilli powder and salt, mix well. Rim the glass with lemon wedge and dip in the salt and chilli mixture.
5.Pour the shikanji into two glass garnishes it with lemon slice and mint leaves and serve chill.
