Recipe Description

Sweet and tangy recipe of drumstick, a quick and easy recipe

Ingredients:-

  • Drumstick peeled and cut into 2 inch – 4 no
  • Oil – 2 tbps
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Dried chillies – 2 no
  • Curry leaves -10- 12 no
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbps
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt –  to taste
  • Tamarind paste –  2 tbps
  • Jaggery grated – 2 tbps
  • Scrapped coconut – 2 tbps
  • Fresh coriander Nos – 2 tbps

 

Method:-

  1. Heat a kadhi add oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and dried chillies and allow it to splutter.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until its cooked
  3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and sauté it.
  4. Add drumstick, salt and add water and allow it to cook.
  5. Add tamarind paste, Jaggery and stir well until Jaggery dissolved.
