Ingredients:
Bread                  6 nos
Oil                       1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds    1 tsp
Urad dal              1 Tbsp
Chana dal           1 Tbsp
Ginger chopped   1 tsp
Green chillies chopped 2-3 nos
Curry leaves         10-12
Onion chopped     1 large
Peanuts                1 tbsp
Tomatoes             1 large
Salt                      to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander chopped 1 Tbsp

Method:
Cut the bread slices into cubes and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, ginger, chillies, curry leaves, onion, and sauté for 2-3 mins.
Add peanuts, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
Add the bread cubes, mix well and sauté for 2-3 mins. Sprinkle water if required. Add chopped coriander and mix well
Remove from heat and Transfer to a serving bowl,
garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
