Kadai Palak Chicken Choley

Ingredient               Quantity
Oil                           3 Tbsp
Coriander seeds     1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds           1 Tsp
Carom seeds (Ajwain) ½ Tsp
Whole Red chilly       4-5
Onions chopped        2
Ginger garlic paste    1 Tbsp
Tomato puree            1 Cup
Chana Masala powder 2 Tbsp
Coriander powder     1Tbsp
Turmeric powder       ½ Tsp
Amchur powder         1 Tsp
Red chilli powder       1 Tsp
Garam masala powder 1 Tsp
Red chilli paste          2 Tbsp
Salt                            to taste
Cashew nut paste      2 Tbsp
Chicken Breast cubes 500 grams
Spinach leaves chopped 500 Grams
Chickpeas boiled       2 cup
Water                         1 Cup
Fresh cream               2 Tbsp
Coriander chopped    2 Tbsp
Coriander sprig          for garnish
Lemon wedge            for garnish

Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan. Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, ajwain, whole red chili, sauté for a 30 sec.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté till light brown.
3. Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 min.
4. Add Tomato puree and sauté for 4-5 min.
5. Add Chana Masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, red chilli paste, and salt. Mix well and sauté for 3 min.
6. Add cashew nut paste, chicken, chopped spinach, mix well and cook for 8-10 min.
7. Add boiled chickpeas and water stir and mix well. and cook for 8-10 min.
8. Add fresh cream, chopped coriander. Mix well and cook for 30 sec.
9. Remove in serving plate.
10. Garnish with coriander sprig and lemon wedge.
11. Serve hot.
