Recipe Description

Thandai tiramisu
Ingredients
• Sponge Cake                 1 small
• Rose syrup                     3 tbsp
• Thandai syrup                6 tbsp
• Hung curd                      ½ kg
• Gulkand                         1 tbsp
• Water                             4 tbsp
• Almond                          for garnish
• Whipped cream             for garnish

Method:-

1. In a bowl add hung curd and thandai syrup and mix well until smooth, keep it in refrigerator to set.
2. Now in another bowl add rose syrup, Gulkand and water mix well and keep aside.
3. Now cut the sponge in three parts. With the round cutter cut one part of sponge.
4. Take two glasses place the trimmings of the sponge and the base.
5. Now add the rose syrup mixture over it. Now place the round sponge that you cut. Again add the rose syrup mixture
6. Topped it up with the thandai mixture and spread evenly.
7. Trim the sides of the remaining sponge and layer it on top of the thandai mixture. Again add the rose syrup mixture and toper it up with the remaining thandai mixture.
8. Garnish it with whipped cream and Chopped almond and serve.
