Recipe Description

Chicken Lollipop

Serving – 4 pax
Preparation time – 15 mins
Cooking Time – 20 mins

Ingredient                     Quantity
Chicken lollipop           250 gm
Salt                             to taste
Black pepper             1 tsp
Green chilli sauce     2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp
Vinegar                     1 tbsp
Soya sauce               1 tbsp
Soaked dried red chilli 8-10 nos
Garlic chopped            1 tbsp
Ginger chopped           1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped    3-4 nos
Egg                              1 nos
Refined flour                4 tbsp
Corn flour                     3 tbsp
Water                            as required
Oil                                 for frying
Chaat masala               for sprinkle
Chilli powder                 for sprinkle

Method :
1. In a bowl add chicken lollipop, salt , black pepper , green chilli paste , ginger garlic paste ,vinegar
,soya sauce mix it well .
2. In a blender , add soaked dried red chilli and make a fine paste and keep it aside .
3. Now add garlic , ginger , green chilli , red chilli paste , egg into the lollipop mixture and mix it
well .
4. Now add refined flour , corn flour , water and marinate it thoroughly and keep it aside for 15-
20 mins.
5. Heat oil in deep bottom pan , add the lollipops one by one and allow it to fry until it turns
crunchy .
6. Once its cooked , transfer it over absorbent paper , sprinkle chaat masala , red chilli powder
from top .
7. Transfer it to serving plate , along with scehzwan chutney .
8. Serve hot .
