Onion (chopped) 1
Tomato Puree 2
Tomato Ketchup 3 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Paste 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Tamarind Paste 1 tbsp
Chickpeas 1 cup
Potato (boiled and mashed) 2
Assorted Sprouts 1 cup
Yogurt (sweet) 4 tbsp
Tamarind Chutney 2 tbsp
Green Chutney 2 tbsp
Puri 8-10
Sev for garnish
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli paste and mix well.
Add cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, tamarind paste and mix well.
Add chickpeas, boiled and mashed potato, assorted sprouts and mash well with the potato masher.
Let the mixture cook further for 2-3 minutes.
Take a plate, put the Ghotala mixture, add sweet yogurt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, crush puris, put sev for garnish and sprinkle chaat masala.
