Bread Malai roll is a quick Mithai recipe which can be made in a jiffy for any occasion.

Malai Chocolate Roll
Ingredients: Quantity
• Milk 1 ½ cup
• Sugar 6 tbsp
• Bread Slice 8 Pieces
• Khoya (mawa) 1 cup
• Cocoa powder 2 tbsp

Method:-
• Heat a pan; add 3 Tbsp milk, sugar and stir continuously for 2-3 mins, till the milk thickens.
• Remove from heat and let the milk cool.
• Take bread slices and remove the edges and keep aside.
• Heat another pan; add khoya, sugar and stir continuously for 2-3 mins, turn off the flame.
• Remove the melted khoya in a bowl; add sugar mixture in bowl and place the mixture in the fridge to cool
• Meanwhile, take bread slices and soak them one by one in milk, squeezing the extra milk out and keep aside.
• Add the remaining milk to a hot pan, add khoya and stir till sauce thick. As the sauce thickens, remove from heat and keep aside.
• Remove the khoya mixture from fridge. Add cocoa powder and mix well.
• Place the bread slices soaked in milk on a plastic sheet, put one spoonful of the cocoa mixture and roll the bread, repeat the procedures for remaining slices
• Keep the bread rolls in fridge to let it set.
• Remove Bread Rolls & Milk Sauce from Fridge .
• Reshape the Bread rolls With palm & cut the Edges
• In a serving plate, spread the milk sauce, place the bread rolls.
• Dust some cocoa powder, and serve.
