Baigan cheese pakora

Ingredients                                                          quantity

Gram Flour                                                         1 cup
Turmeric Powder                                                ¼ Tsp
Red Chili powder                                              1/2 Tsp
Salt                                                                   To Taste
Green Chili Chopped                                        2-3 No
Chopped Coriander                                          1Tbsp
Water                                                               1 cup
Brinjal                                                               1 Big
Salt                                                                  To Taste
Turmeric Powder                                             1/2 Tsp
Red Chili powder                                             1Tsp
Green Chutney                                               1Tsp
Cheese Slice                                                  1/2 no
Rawa                                                              1 cup
Oil                                                                   for deep fry
Chaat Masala                                                for sprinkle
Green Chutney                                             for Serve
Method :-

In a bowl add Gram Flour,Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli powder,
Salt To Taste, Green Chilli Chopped, Chopped Coriander, water and whisk well, to make a dropping consistency batter.

take an egg plant and cut 1/2 cm slices , then slice the eggplant slice from centre, to create a opening.

take the slices on a plate, sprinkle salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and massage well, till the slices get coted

add a tsp of green chutney, cheese slice in side of the slice and keep aside, repeat for all the slice.

Dip the slice in the batter and coat well, in another plate take semolina, and coat the slices.

Deep fry the slices in hot oil till crisp and golden brown
once golden brown an crisp remove in tissue paper.

Sprinkle chaat masala and serve with green chutney.
