Oil                                          2 tbsp

Onion (chopped)                   1

Tomato Puree                        2

Tomato Ketchup                     3 tbsp

Red Chilli Sauce                     2 tbsp

Green Chilli Sauce                  2 tbsp

Red Chilli Paste                      1 tbsp

Cumin Powder                        ½ tsp

Salt                                          to taste

Chaat Masala                          1 tsp

Red Chilli Powder                    1 tsp

Tamarind Paste                        1 tbsp

Chickpeas                                 1 cup

Potato (boiled and mashed)      2

Assorted Sprouts                       1 cup

Yogurt (sweet)                            4 tbsp

Tamarind Chutney                       2 tbsp

Green Chutney                            2 tbsp

Puri                                              8-10

Sev                                               for garnish

Method

 Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes.

 Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli paste and mix well.

 Add cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, tamarind paste and mix well.

 Add chickpeas, boiled and mashed potato, assorted sprouts and mash well with the potato masher.

 Let the mixture cook further for 2-3 minutes.

 Take a plate, put the Ghotala mixture, add sweet yogurt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, crush puris, put sev for garnish and sprinkle chaat masala.
