Summer drink made with mint and curd

Ingredients                                                     Quantity

Dahi (Curd)                                                      2 cup

Mint chutney                                                   1Tbsp

Chat Masala                                                     ¼ Tsp

Black Salt                                                         ½Tsp

Salt                                                                   to Taste

Ice Cubes                                                          As required

Water                                                               2 cups

Mint Leaves                                                     8-10 no.

 

Method:-

  1. In Bowl add Curd, mint chutney, chaat masala, black salt, salt, and whisk well until smooth.
  2. Now add ice cubes, Water and some mint leaves and mix well.
  3. Remove it in serving glass garnish it with mint leaves and serve Chill.
