Nariyal ki barfi:
Ingredient
ghee                            1 tbsp
almonds Sliced            2 tbsp
pistachios Sliced          2 tbsp
coconut grated             2 cups
cashewnuts powder     1 tbsp
cardamom powder       ¼ tsp
saffron                          few stands

Method
heat ghee in a pan , add almonds, pistachios, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add grated coconut, and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
Add cashewnuts powder, cardamom powder, and mix well.
Add condensed milk and mix well till the mixture combines.
Grease a tray with ghee and spread pistachios and almonds
transfer the mixture and spread evenly .
Refrigerate the mixture allow the mixture to set. After the mixture sets cut into small cubes and serve.
