Recipe Description

Ingredients                        quantity
Oil                                      2tbsp
Ginger chopped                1tbsp
Garlic chopped                 1tbsp
Green chilies chopped       2no.
French beans chopped     5-6no.
Carrot chopped                1small.
Cabbage chopped            ¼ cup
Boiled rice                         4cup
Schezwan sauce              1cup
Red chili powder               ½ tsp
Vinegar                             2tsp
Red chili sauce                 2tsp
Soy sauce                        1tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander                      for garnish

Method
1. In pan add oil and let it heat, now add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and sauté it properly.
2. Now add chopped green chilies and sauté again.
3. Now add chopped French beans, chopped carrot and cook it for 3-4 mins.
4. Now add chopped cabbage and again cook it for 3-4 mins.
5. Now add boiled rice, schezwan chutney ,red chili powder, vinegar, red chili sauce, soy sauce and mix it properly.
6. Now add salt according to the taste and stir it again properly.
7. Our schezwan rice is ready.
8. Serve it in bowl and garnish it with coriander.
