Recipe Description

Chiwda

Oil                           1 tbsp
Fennel seeds          1 tsp
Coriander seeds     1 tbsp
Roasted chana dal  2 tbsp
Peanuts                   2 Tbsp
Curry leaves            8-10
Green chilli              4-5 no
Poha                        1 cup
Turmeric powder      ½ tsp
Salt                           to taste
Sugar                        1 ½ Tsp
Lemon salt                1 Tsp
Murmura (puffed rice) 1 ½ Cup
brown onions              3 Tbsp

Method
1.Heat oil in a pan , add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, roasted Chana dal, peanuts, and sauté till peanuts brown.
2.Add curry leaves, green chilli chopped, sauté for 2 mins.
3.Add poha and mix well
4.Add turmeric powder, sugar, salt, lemon salt, mix well.
5.Add murmura, brown onions, mix well,
6.Serve hot.
