Recipe Description

One of the most popular food in Bombay (Mumbai). Simple(Saada) Sandwich, this food you will get every street corner in Bombay. Meri recipe Mumbai style Saada Sandwich ya Simple Sandwich banane ke liye.

Vegetable Sandwich

Ingredient                        Quantity
Bread                              4 no.
Green chutney               1 tbsp
Butter                             1 tbsp
Boiled Potatoes             1 no.
Cucumber slice             1 no.
Tomato slice                  1 no.
Onion roundels             1 no.
Beetroot slice                1 no.
Chaat masala                for sprinkle
Red chilli powder           for sprinkle
Method:
1. Take 4 slice of bread on chopping board, Spread green chutney and butter evenly on the
bread slices.
2. Then slice boiled potatoes and arrange it on two slice, keep two slice aside.
3. Sprinkle chaat masala and red chilli powder around the sliced potatoes.
4. Next add cucumber slice and sprinkle chaat masala and red chilli powder on top.
5. Add tomatoes slice and sprinkle chaat masala and red chilli powder on top.
6. Add onion roundels and sprinkle chaat masala and red chilli powder on top.
7. Add potato slice, sprinkle chaat masala and red chilli powder on top.
8. Add beetroot slice, sprinkle chaat masala and red chilli powder on top.
9. Cover the sandwiches with the remaining slices of bread.
10. Cut the vegetable sandwich into 6 pieces using a sharp khife and serve with green
chutney and tomato ketchup.
