Recipe Description

Cauliflower Popcorn
Ingredient
Cauliflower cut into small florets         1 no.
Turmeric powder                                 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Salt                                                       to taste
Yogurt                                                   2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste                               1tsp
Red chilli powder                                  1 tsp + 1 tsp
Garam masala powder                         1/2 tsp
Aamchur powder                                  1/2 tsp
Chaat masala                                       1/2 tsp + 1 tsp
Coriander powder                                 1/2 tsp
Refine flour                                            1/4 cup
Corn flour                                               1/4 cup
Cumin seeds                                          1/4 tsp
Black pepper crushed                            1 tsp
Water                                                     as required
Bread crumbs                                        1 cup
Oil                                                          for frying

Method:
1. Heat water in a pan, add turmeric powder and salt.
2. Add cauliflower florets, mix well and boil for 3-4 min.
3. Take mixing bowl, add yogurt,ginger-garlic paste,red chilli powder, garam masala powder, aamchur powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and wisk well.
4. Strain the cauliflower and add to the bowl and mix well. Keep it aside.
5. Take another mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp of refine flour, 1 1/2 tbsp of corn flour, salt, cumin seeds, black pepper crushed and water mix well and make a thick batter.
6. Now take two plates, take remaining flour and corn flour in one plate and take bread crumbs in another plate.
7. Now take marinated cauliflower florets, dust with dry flour than put in prepared slurry and coat with bread crumbs.
8. Heat oil in pan and fry the cauliflower until crisp and golden brown in color.
9. Remove in absorbent paper, sprinkle some chaat masala and red chilli powder on top and serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
