Recipe
Atta                                  1 cup
Motichoor  ladoo              2 nos
Bikaneri sev                     1/4 cup
Salt                                   to taste
Crushed pepper               1/4 tspn
Ajwain                              1/2 tspn
Ghee                                1Tbsp
Dahi                                 as accompaniment
Method
1. Knead dough with crushed pepper and little salt.
2. Crush boondi ladoo and mix with sev and add little salt.
3. Make two equal sized dough balls and stuff the boondi mixture by rolling a bit or making a well. Seal and roll into parathas.
4. Cook on a griddle until lightly brown on both sides.
5. Apply ghee and cook well.
6. Serve with dahi
