Healthy as well as delicious Methi Anda Bhurji
Ingredient Quantity
Egg 3 no
Methi\Fenugreek leaves ½ bunch
Chopped green chilli 2-3 no.
Onion chopped 1no. (Large)
Tomato chopped 1 no. (Medium)
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan heat oil and sauté chopped onion and chopped green chillies.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Once the onion turns translucent add chopped tomatoes.
- Cook it for few min and add roughly chopped Methi\Fenugreek leaves and sauté it for 1 min.
- Now break 3 fresh eggs and scramble it with the mixture.
- Once ready then remove it in a serving dish and serve hot with breads.
