Recipe Description
Ingredients:
- Lychee – 15 nos
- Rice Soaked – 1/2 cup
- MIlk – 3 cups
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Assorted nuts – 3 tbsp
- Saffron – few strands
- Green cardamom powder – a pinch
- Rose essence – 1 tsp
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
How to make Lychee Kheer Recipe (Method)
- Heat ghee in a pan,add assorted nuts saute till it gets little brown, now in a blender grind the soked rice by adding little milk, and grind coarsely
- Now add rice and milk now cook until the rice gets soft for 15- 20 minutes stir constantly so that the rice does not settle down and gets burnt
- Now peel and de-seed the lychee and keep it aside,when the Kheer is little thick add sugar,saffron,green cardamom powder and mix it up well,add rose essence and lychee and boil for few minutes
- Now remove it in a bowl and garnish with rose petals and serve
