Recipe Description

Fish Tikka
Fish fillet pieces marinated with Indian spices and yogurt to make these delicious tikkas.

Ingredient                           Quantity
First Marination:
Fish Fillet Boneless                    250 gm.
Ginger and Garlic Paste            1 tsp
Black pepper crushed               ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder                       pinch
Red Chilli Powder                     ½ tsp
Garam Masala                          ½ tsp
Lemon Juice                             ½ no.
Salt                                            to taste
Second Marination:
Oil                                             1½ tbsp
Ajwain                                       ¼ tsp
Gram Flour                               1½ tbsp
Turmeric powder                       ¼ tsp
Yogurt                                       1½ tbsp
Mustard Oil                               1 tbsp

Method:- 1.Heat oil in pan; add ajwain add gram flour mix well and cook for slow flame about 2 min.
2. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Keep it aside.
3.In large Bowl Marinate fish with Ginger and Garlic Paste, black pepper crushed, turmeric powder, Red Chilli Powder, garam masala, Lemon Juice, and Salt. Mix it well and Keep It aside for 20 Min.
4.Add prepared besan and Yogurt and mix well.
5.Add mustard oil and mix well. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
6.Preheat the oven at 230 c for 10-15 min.
7.Remove the tray and brush some oil on bottom and place the marinated fish on it and cook for 6-8 min.
8.Remove in serving plate and serve hot with salad, lemon and green chutney.
