Ingredients                                                                      Quantity

Fresh red chilli                                                                    12-15 nos
Garlic                                                                                 15-18 pods + 8-10 pods
Ginger                                                                                1 inch
Oil                                                                                       2 tbsp
Cumin seed                                                                        1 tsp
LG Hing                                                                              a pinch
Boiled baby potatoes                                                        1 cup
Dry mango powder                                                           1 tsp
Turmeric powder                                                               ½ tsp
Salt                                                                                   to taste
Water                                                                               as required

Method :
1. On a grinding stone , take fresh red chilli , garlic pods , ginger slices crush it until its flatten .
2. Now crush it thoroughly until it reaches the consistency of chutney .
3. Heat a kadhai , add oil , cumin seed allow it to crackle .
4. Meanwhile in small grinding stone , add garlic pods and crush it roughly .
5. Now add LG Hing , crushed garlic , crush the baby potatoes with hands add it into the kadhai , crushed chutney , dry mango powder , turmeric powder ,salt and mix it well .
6. Simultanousely take a big parath , keep the bigger grind stone into it , add water clean it thoroughly , keep it aside .
7. Now take the pestle stone , clean it similarly using water .
8. Transfer the water into the kadhai and mix it well .
9. Now sauté it well until its dried completely .
10. Transfer it in a serving bowl .
11. Serve hot .
