Recipe Description
Thandai sevai kheer, Famous Indian dessert.
Ingredients:
Ghee 1 Tbsp. Brown sevai or Vermecelli- 1 bowl
Assorted Nuts 2tbsp
Milk- 2 cups (mugs). half ltr.
Thandi syrup- 3Tbsp
Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
Mehod
1. Ghee 1tbsp in a heating pan,
2. Add Assorted nuts, saute for a minute
3. Add Vermecelli and saute till vermecelli is brown and fragrant.
4. Add milk and let it cook for 3-4 mins, till its get soft.
5. Add Thandai syrup, mix it well.( taste to check the sugar)
6 Add Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
7. Mix it well serve hot or chilled as you like it.
