Wheat flour – 1 Cup
Sugar – 1/3 Cup
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Milk – ½ Cup
Ghee – 1 tsp
Banana – 1 no
Sugar -½ cup
How to make Pancakes with Caramelised Banana (Method) –
1.In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, sugar & cardamom powder. Add milk little by little & make a smooth batter.
2. In a non-stick pan add little batter. Cook for 2-3 minutes add little ghee, turn & cook on another side. 3.In a non-stick pan add ½ cup sugar and cook it on slow gas till it’s light golden in color.
4.Add chopped bananas. Coat the bananas with caramelize sugar.
5.Serve the pancakes stacked with the caramelized banana pieces between the layers.
