Ginger and whole wheat flour halwa great recipe for winter
- Jaggery roughly chopped 1cup
- Dry Ginger powder2tbsp
- Green Cardamom Powder1tsp
- Fennel seed powder1 tsp
- Ghee½ cup
- Pistachios, finely chopped4-5 Nos For garnish
- Whole Wheat flour1cup
Method :-
- In a pan add ½ cup ghee then add flour and cook it over a low flame until nicely toasted and it should be turn slightly brown.
- Once done then add dry ginger powder, green cardamom powder, and fennel powder.
- Mix it nicely for 3 min over a medium high heat.
- Now add grated jaggery and cook it well until nicely mixed.
- Switch off the flame and remove it in a serving bowl.
- Serve it to your children and garnish it with some healthy nuts.
