Recipe Description

Ingredient                                            Quantity
For fry:
Oil                                                        2-3 tbsp + for frying
Grated Carrot                                      1 no. (Small)
Grated cabbage                                  ¼ no.
French beans chopped                       4-5 no.
Vinegar                                                ½ tsp
Soya sauce                                          ½ tsp
Red chilli powder                                  ½ tsp
Green chilli chopped                            1 no.
Green capsicum chopped                     ½ no.
Potato boiledand grated                       2 no.
Chaat masala                                       1 tsp
Black pepper crushed                          ½ tsp
Salt                                                       to taste
Maida                                                   2 tbsp
Corn flour                                             1 tbsp + ¼ cup
For tossed:
Oil                                                       2 tbsp
Garlic chopped                                   1 tbsp
Ginger chopped                                  1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped                           2 no.
Black pepper crushed                         1 tsp
Red chilli sauce                                   2 tbsp
Soya sauce                                         1 tsp
Vinegar                                               1 tsp
Tomato ketchup                                  1 tbsp
Red chilli powder                                ½ tsp
Chaat masala                                     1 tsp
Salt                                                      to taste
Corn flour                                            2 tsp
Water                                                  as required

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add grated carrot, cabbage and chopped french beans, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
2. Add salt, mix well and sauté for 4-5 min. or till vegetable is cooked well.
3. Add vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli powder and green chilli chopped, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
4. Remove in bowl, add chopped green capsicum, grated potato, chaat masala, black pepper crushed, salt, maida and corn flour and mix well.
5. Take one portion of mixture and give shape of bullets. Make similar with remaining mixture.
6. Take corn flour in a plate and roll the prepared bullets on it.
7. Heat oil in kadai and deep fry the bullets till crisp and golden brown in color.
8. Remove in absorbent paper and keep it aside.
9. Take corn flour in a bowl, add 2 tbsp of water, mix well and make slurry and keep it aside.
10. Heat oil in another pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli and black pepper crushed, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
11. Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
12. Add ½ cup of water, mix well and bring to boil.
13. Add corn flour slurry and mix well.
14. Add fried bullets and tossed well.
15. Remove in serving plate and serve hot.
