A quick snack perfect for bachelors using Chings Schezwan Chutney
Ingredient Quantity
Pav 8 no.
Schezwan Chutney ½ cup
Farsaan Mixture 1½ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Cheese slice 4 no.
Method:
- Slit Open the pav from the center. Apply the Schezwan chutney.
- Now stuffed it with farsaan Mixture.
- Heat the tawa and place the pav on it.
- Apply butter and toast it.
- Now place the cheese inside the each pav and cook the pav until cheese is melt.
- Remove on a serving plate and serve hot
