Recipe Description

Ingredients                                             Quantity
Cabbage chopped 1small piece (about 400 gms)
French bean                                          5-6nos.
Salt                                                        to taste + to taste
Capsicum chopped                               1 small
Green chilies                                         4-5no + 3-4no.
Ginger                                                    ½ inch+1 inch
Black pepper crushed                            ½ tsp+ 1tsp
Chaat masala                                         ½ tsp+ ¼ tsp
Raw banana boiled                                2no.
Refined flour                                          1 ½ tbsp + ½ tsp
Oil                                                          for frying
Corn starch                                           1tbsp+ 1tsp
Red bell pepper cubes                          ½ no.
Green capsicum cubes                         ½ no.
Yellow bell pepper cubes                      ½ no.
Coriander stems chopped                    1tsp
Hing                                                      a pinch
Red chili sauce                                     2tbsp
Green chili sauce                                 1tbsp
Soy sauce                                            2tsp
Red chili powder                                  1tsp
Black salt                                             ¼ tsp
Tomato ketchup                                   2tbsp
Vinegar                                                1tsp
Water                                                   as required

Method
1. First take the bowl and add chopped cabbage, French beans, and salt and let it rest for some time and mash it with hands so it will leave water from it.
2. Now add capsicum, green chilies, ginger, black pepper crushed, Chaat masala, raw banana and mix it properly with hands.
3. Now add refined flour, corn starch and mix it properly again. Meanwhile keep the oil for frying.
4. Now add refined flour again and make balls from the dough.
5. Once the oil is hot, fry the balls in it, meanwhile cut the cubes of red bell pepper, green capsicum, and yellow bell pepper.
6. Fry our Manchurian balls till they are light and gets a little brown in color. Remove and keep aside.
7. Remove access oil from the kadai and add ginger chopped, green chilies chopped and saute for 2mins.
8. Now add cubes of bell peppers and capsicum and cook properly. Meanwhile chop coriander stems and add it in the gravy.
9. Now add hing, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, soy sauce, chaat masala, red chili powder, black salt, black pepper crushed, ketchup and salt to taste and mix it properly.
10. Now add vinegar and mix it.
11. Now make the slurry of cornstarch by adding little water in it.
12. Our sauce is ready, add Manchurian balls in it, and corn starch slurry and toss it properly.
13. Our no onion no garlic veg Manchurian is ready.
14. Serve hot.
