Recipe Description

Ingredients: 

  • Yogurt 1 1/2 cup
  • water as required
  • Ice cubes – 1 Cup
  • Ginger chopped 1/2 inch
  • Green chilli                              2 no.
  • Ginger chopped 1 tsp
  • Coriander Chopped 1 Tbsp
  • Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
  • Black Salt 1 /2 Tsp.

For tempering

  • oil – 1 Tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
  • Curry Leaves 10- 12 leaves

 

Method:

Step 1: Take a jar, add some ice cubes, add Yogurt, add water, add  Ginger add green chillies,

Step 2 and, grind the mixture.

Step 3: Strain the mixture

Step 4: Add some more water if required, as it has to be made thin, add chopped 1tsp of ginger again for the flavour.

Step 5: Add Coriander chopped, Add Green chilli, add salt, add Black Salt.

Step 6: For tempering, in a heating pan, put some oil, add  Mustard Seeds,

Step 7:  As you get the sound, add Curry leaves and Saute it.

Step 8:  Mix the temper into the salted lassi you made earlier, mix it well !

Step 9:  Mor Lassi is ready !

Step 10: Serve and spread happiness this summers.
