This amazing paneer fingers coated with sesame are a great cocktail snack/Kitty party snack, served with cucumber dip
Ingredient Quantity
Paneer 200grms
Barbeque Sauce 2 Tbsp
Tobasco 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
Roasted white Sesame seeds ½ cup
Oil for grease
For Tzatziki:-
Hung Curd 1 cup
Cucumber peeled and grated 1 no.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Dill leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Sautéed chopped garlic in olive oil 1tbsp
Lemon Juice ½ no
Method:-
- Cut the paneer into thick finger and keep aside.
- In a bowl add in barbeque, tobasco, salt and pepper and mix well
- Now add in the paneer and marinated the paneer and keep it for 15 mints.
- After 15 min. roll marinated paneer in sesame seeds and keep it aside.
- Now pre heat the oven at 160 degree C . Grease the baking tray with little oil and place the paneer finger and baked it at 160 degree for 8-10 mints.
- Meanwhile make tzatziki . In a bowl add in the hung curd, grated cucumber, salt , pepper, garlic, dill leaves chopped and lemon juice and mix well.
- Now remove the paneer in the serving plate with tzatziki in a bowl and serve .
