Recipe Description

This amazing paneer fingers coated with sesame are a great cocktail snack/Kitty party snack, served with cucumber dip

Ingredient                                          Quantity

Paneer                                                 200grms

Barbeque Sauce                                  2 Tbsp

Tobasco                                               1 tbsp

Salt                                                       to taste
pepper                                                  to taste

Roasted white Sesame seeds             ½ cup

Oil                                                        for grease

For Tzatziki:-

Hung Curd                                            1 cup

Cucumber peeled and grated              1 no.

Salt                                                       to taste

Pepper                                                  to taste

Dill leaves chopped                              1 tbsp

Sautéed chopped garlic in olive oil      1tbsp

Lemon Juice                                          ½ no

 

Method:-

  1. Cut the paneer into thick finger and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl add in barbeque, tobasco, salt and pepper and mix well
  3. Now add in the paneer and marinated the paneer and keep it for 15 mints.
  4. After 15 min. roll marinated paneer in sesame seeds and keep it aside.
  5. Now pre heat the oven at 160 degree C . Grease the baking tray with little oil and place the paneer finger and baked it at 160 degree for 8-10 mints.
  6. Meanwhile make tzatziki . In a bowl add in the hung curd, grated cucumber, salt , pepper, garlic, dill leaves chopped and lemon juice and mix well.
  7. Now remove the paneer in the serving plate with tzatziki in a bowl and serve .
