Recipe Description

Watermelon and feta cheese canape is an exotic canape which you can make for your cocktail parties, kitty parties.


  • Watermelon – 1
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Parsley Chopped – 1tsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Feta Cheese- 2 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves- for garnish\



  1. Peel and cut the watermelon in to square shape and keep it in a bowl.
  2. Now add 1/2 tbsp parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil, mix well and keep it aside.
  3. Add remaining parsley to the feta cheese and mix it with a spoon.
  4. Place the watermelon in a plate and take 2 small spoon and make a quenelle of it, place the feta quenelle over the watermelon.
  5. Garnish it with mint leaves and serve chilled.
