Recipe Description

The most authentic Pizza sauce as used in all Pizza restaurants. This can be made and kept in refrigerator for about a week and if you can freeze it can be stored for a month.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 6-7
  • Onion Chopped – 1 large
  • Garlic Chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Basil – ½ tsp
  • Olive oil – 2tbsp
  • Black Pepper – 1/2tsp

 

Method

  1. Roughly chopped the tomatoes puree it and keep aside. Heat pan .Add in the olive oil.
  2. Add in the garlic and sauté until brown. Then add the chopped onion and sauté until brown.
  3. Add in the tomato puree and cook it until rawness of the tomato goes off.
  4. Add in salt, pepper and basil and stir well. Cook it for 3-4 mints.
  5. Switch off the flame and use as desire.
