Recipe Description

This simple but delicious salad recipe of crab, avocado and orange is a wonderfully healthy dish

Ingredients:-

  • Crab stick chopped – 8-10 no
  • Avocado diced – 1 no
  • Cherry tomato halves – 1/2 cup
  • Orange – 2 no
  • Iceberg lettuce – 2 cup
  • Dill leaves chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper crushed – to taste
  •  For Dressing
  • Olive oil – 3/4 cup
  • White wine vinegar – 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
  • Fresh orange juice – 2 tbsp
  • Grated lemon zest – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Crushed black pepper – to taste

 

Method:-

 for dressing:-

  1. combine all the ingredient in a small jar and shake well to blend.and keep aside
  2. In a bowl add chapped crab stick, diced avocado, cheery tomato chopped dill leaves salt pepper and mix well.
  3. Peel and cut orange into segments and keep aside.
  4. Now add in the prepared dressing to the salad and tossed well.
  5. In martini glass place the prepared salad then place the iceberg lettuce cup on the side garnish with orange segment and serve.
