Recipe Description

This simple but delicious salad recipe of crab, avocado and orange is a wonderfully healthy dish

Ingredient                                                                       Quantity

Crab stick chopped                                                          8-10 no

Avocado diced                                                                 1 no

Cherry tomato halves                                                       1/2 cup

Orange                                                                             2 no

Iceberg lettuce                                                                  2 cup

Dill leaves chopped                                                          1 Tbsp

Salt                                                                                   to taste

Pepper crushed                                                                to taste

 For Dressing

Olive oil                                                                            3/4 cup

White wine vinegar                                                          1/4 cup

Lemon juice                                                                     3 Tbsp

Fresh orange juice                                                           2 Tbsp

Grated lemon zest                                                            1/4 tsp

Salt                                                                                    to taste

Crushed black pepper                                                       to taste


Method for dressing:

  1. combine all the ingredient in a small jar and shake well to blend.and keep aside
  2. In a bowl add chapped crab stick, diced avocado, cheery tomato chopped dill leaves salt pepper and mix well.
  3. Peel and cut orange into segments and keep aside.
  4. Now add in the prepared dressing to the salad and tossed well.
  5. In martini glass place the prepared salad then place the iceberg lettuce cup on the side garnish with orange segment and serve.
