Recipe Description

This delicious Egg less Banana Walnut bread is a great quick recipe, for people who love baking, ideal for team time and snacks, specially for growing children. This gives a coarse texture and will melt in your moth for sure. Try this recipe at home
Ingredients:

  • Banana – 3 nos
  • Walnut – 1 cup
  • Wheat flour – 3/4 cup
  • Refined flour – 3/4 cup
  • Sugar – 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder – ¼ tsp
  • Baking Soda – ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Salt – A pinch

How to make Banana Walnut Bread (Method) :

  1. Mash the bananas in a big bowl,add sugar and whisk it, then add oil,vanilla essence
  2. Add wheat flour, refined flour, baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon and walnut
  3. Now put the mixture in the mould, preheat the oven at 180 degrees,and bake for 20 minutes
  4. Now let it cool, take the baked bread out of the mould. Banana walnut Bread is ready to serve.
