Recipe Description

This is a perfect sandwich for independance day, loaded with paneer that every one would love

Ingredient                                                Quantity

Bread Slice                                                6 no.

Garlic Butter                                              for spreading

For Green Color:

Paneer Grated                                           1 Cup

Green Chutney                                          2 Tbsp

Salt                                                             to taste

For Orange Color:

Paneer Grated                                           1 Cup

Tomato Ketchup                                         3 Tbsp

Red chilli powder                                        ¼ tsp

Salt                                                              to taste

Chaat Masala                                              ¼ tsp

 

Method:

  1. Cut the edges of each bread slice and keep it aside.
  2. For the orange layer mix together the paneer, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt. Keep it aside.
  3. For the green layer mix the paneer with green chutney and salt. Keep it aside.
  4. Place a bread slice on the work top.
  5. Apply Garlic butter over on each bread slice and spread it evenly.
  6. Place the orange paneer mixture over the 2 slice of bread.
  7. Place the white bread slice over the mixture.
  8. Place green paneer mixture over the white bread slice evenly and top with remaining white bread slice. Press gently.
  9. Heat 2 tsp of garlic butter in grill pan.
  10. Place the sandwich on the pan and grill till golden brown from both side.
  11. Remove from the pan and Cut each sandwich into triangle shape and serve hot.
