Ingredient’s                                 Quantity
Cabbage chopped                       1no.
Vinegar                                        ¼ cup
Sugar                                          1tbsp+ 1 ½ tbsp
Salt                                              to taste+ to taste
Coriander stems chopped           2tbsp
Green capsicum                          1no.
Whole red chili                            20-25no.
Oil                                               ½ cup
Ginger chopped                          1 ½ inch
Green chilies chopped                6-8no.
Red chili sauce                           3tbsp
Tomato ketchup                          3tbsp
Black pepper crushed                1 ½ tbsp
Chaat masala                             2tsp
Black salt                                    ½ tsp
Star anise                                   2 no.
Hing                                            a pinch
Soy sauce                                  1tbsp
Red chili powder                        1tbsp

Method
1. First in a bowl take chopped cabbage and add vinegar, sugar, and salt and mix it properly and keep aside.
2. Now take the coriander stems and chopped it properly, chop the green capsicum also and keep aside.
3. Soak the whole dry red chili in hot water for 1 hour and then grind it in a mixer grinder to form a proper paste of it by adding some water in it.
4. Now in pan add oil, chopped ginger and saute for a while, now add chopped green chilies and saute again.
5. Now add coriander stems and chopped capsicum and saute for 2-3mins to reduce the moisture from capsicum.
6. Now add marinated cabbage and mix it properly and cook for some time.
7. Now add red chili paste and mix it properly.
