Recipe Description
The most authentic Pizza sauce as used in all Pizza restaurants. This can be made and kept in refrigerator for about a week and if you can freeze it can be stored for a month.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes – 6-7
- Onion Chopped – 1 large
- Garlic Chopped – 1 tbsp
- Basil – ½ tsp
- Olive oil – 2tbsp
- Black Pepper – 1/2tsp
Method
- Roughly chopped the tomatoes puree it and keep aside. Heat pan .Add in the olive oil.
- Add in the garlic and sauté until brown. Then add the chopped onion and sauté until brown.
- Add in the tomato puree and cook it until rawness of the tomato goes off.
- Add in salt, pepper and basil and stir well. Cook it for 3-4 mints.
- Switch off the flame and use as desire.
