Recipe Description

Ingredient                                  Quantity
Yogurt                                        1 cup
Shrikhand                                  ½ cup
Chilled Milk                                1 cup
Powder Sugar                           ¼ cup
Nutmeg powder                         ¼ tsp
Green cardamom powder         ¼ tsp
Saffron                                      few strands
Ice cubes                                   as required
Golden sugar crystal                 for riming
Pista slice for                             garnish
Colored sugar crystal                for garnish

Method:
1. Take grinder jar, add yogurt, shrikhand, chilled milk, powder sugar, nutmeg powder, green cardamom powder, saffron and ice cubes and grind well.
2. Take serving glasses dip in milk and rim with sugar crystal.
3. Pour the piyush on it, garnish with slice pista and sugar crystals on top and serve.
