Ingredient                  Quantity
Paneer                       200 gm
Green Peas               1 Cup
Onion                         2 no.
Tomato                       3 no.
Green chillies slit       2-3 no.
Water                         2 cup
Oil                              2-3 Tbsp
Asafoetida                 ¼ tsp
Cumin Seeds             1 Tsp
Ginger chopped         1 tbsp
Garlic chopped           1 tbsp
Bay leaf                       2 no.
Cinnamon stick           ½ inch
Mace                           ½ blade
Green cardamom        3-4 no.
Black cardamom         1 no.
Coriander powder       2 Tbsp
Red chilli powder        1½ Tsp
Turmeric powder         1 Tsp
Amchur powder           1 tsp
Garam masala             1 Tsp
Salt                               to taste
Coriander chopped      1 tbsp

Method:
• Peel and cut the onion into cube size.
• Take mixing jar, add onion cubes, green chillies and ¼ cup of water and grind to a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
• Heat oil in a Pan. Add asafoetida and Cumin seeds, mix well and sauté till its splutter.
• Add chopped ginger and garlic, mix well and sauté for 1 min. or till garlic is brown in color.
• Add onion paste, mix well and sauté for 8-10 min.
• Mean while cut the tomatoes and grind to a smooth puree. Cut the paneer into cube size and keep it aside.
• Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, mace, green cardamom, black cardamom, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
• Add tomato puree and mix well.
• Add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and amchur powder, mix well and cover and cook for 10 min. stir in between.
• Add the green peas, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
• Add water, mix well and cover and cook for 3-4 min.
• Add paneer, mix well and cook for 2 min.
• Add garam masala powder and chopped coriander and mix well.
• Remove in serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
