Recipe Description

This is a very special drink which i used to get in summers during my child hood. We never had softdrinks or Colas then and my mother would preserve starch water of rice and ferment for about 6 hours and then in the evening i would get this drink which was mixed with some sugar, salt, lemon and ice and it is was just beautiful. Once cannot make out if it is starch water. Alternatively you can temper with curry leaves, mustard seeds, add some ginger, chillies, salt and lemon juice to make a salted version. This is one of the best immunity boosters.
