Recipe Description

White Sauce Cheese Pasta

Ingredient                     Quantity
Macroni Pasta             1½ Cup
Water                           2 ltr.
Carrot cut in to small Cube (Boiled) ½ cup
Corn kernel (Boiled) ½ cup
Cauliflower florets (Boiled) ½ cup
French Beans cut in to small cube (Boiled) ½ cup
Green Capsicum Chopped ½ cup.
Mix herbs                   1 tsp. + for sprinkle
Butter                         50 gm.
Oil                               2 tbsp + 1 tsp+ 1 tsp
whole wheat flour ( ATTA ) 50 gm.
Milk                            500 Ml. + ½ cup
Bay leaf                      1 no.
Garlic chopped           1 tsp
Nutmeg powder          ¼ tsp
Black pepper crush     1 tsp + for sprinkle
Chilli flakes                  1½ tsp + for sprinkle
Grated cheese            ½ cup
Salt                             to taste

Method:
1. Boil water in deep pan, add macroni pasta and cook for 10-12 min. or till soft, stir in
between.
2. Take 1 tsp of mix herbs and 1 tbsp of butter, mash and mix well and chopped, remove in a
bowl and keep it aside.
3. After 10-12 min. Strain the pasta and place it on bowl.
4. Add 2 tbsp of oil, mix well and keep it aside.
5. Heat 50 gm. Of Butter in pan, add flour and 1 tsp of oil, mix well and cook for 2-3 min. on
low flame.
6. Add Milk, mix well and cook for 4-5 min. stir continuously.
7. Add Bay leaf, mix well and cook till sauce is thick.
8. Remove in bowl, add 2 tbsp of butter cubes on top and keep it aside.
9. Heat remaining butter, oil and Herbs butter in a pan, add chopped garlic, mix well and sauté
for 1 min.
10. Add carrot, corn, French beans, green capsicum and cauliflower florets, mix well and sauté
for 1 min.
11. Add boiled macroni, nutmeg powder, black peeper crush, chilli flakes, mix well and sauté for
30 sec.
12. Add white sauce and mix well.
13. Add ½ cup of milk and mix well.
14. Add ½ cup of grated cheese, mix well and cook for 1 min.
15. Add salt and mix well.
16. Remove in a serving bowl, add remaining grated cheese on top, sprinkle crushed black
pepper, chilli flakes and mix herbs and serve hot.
