Summer drink made with mint and curd
Ingredients Quantity
Dahi (Curd) 2 cup
Mint chutney 1Tbsp
Chat Masala ¼ Tsp
Black Salt ½Tsp
Salt to Taste
Ice Cubes As required
Water 2 cups
Mint Leaves 8-10 no.
Method:-
- In Bowl add Curd, mint chutney, chaat masala, black salt, salt, and whisk well until smooth.
- Now add ice cubes, Water and some mint leaves and mix well.
- Remove it in serving glass garnish it with mint leaves and serve Chill.
