When you are dieting you cannot miss this amazing salad, tasty and full of vital nutrients, makes your diet regime interesting
Ingredients
- Boiled beetroot dices – 1
- Corn Blanched – ½ cup
- Avocado diced – ½ no
- Olives black halves – 8-10
- Feta Cheese – for garnish
- Parsley Chopped – 2tbsp
Dressing
- Honey – 1tbsp
- Mustard Powder- ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Parsley Chopped – 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice – ½ no
Method
- In a bowl add in the honey, mustard powder, salt and pepper, parsley chopped , lemon juice and mix well and keep aside
- Now marinate the beetroot, corn and avocado with salt pepper and chopped parsley prepared dressing in a separate bowl
- Now take two glass, place the beetroot equally then , add in the corn, topped it up with avocado
- Then place the black olives halves garnish it with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley and serve
