Potato wedges Indian Style
Ingredient Quantity
Potato Cut into wedges and parboil 2 no. (Large)
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic 1tsp
Corn flour 3-4 tsp
Oil for deep fry
Chilli flakes 1tsp+to sprinkle
Mixed herbs 1 tsp+ to sprinkle
Method:-
- In a bowl add in the potato wedges salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp mixed herbs and corn flour and coat it properly with little water
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the potato until crisp.
- Remove it in a serving bowl sprinkle some salt, pepper, chili flakes and mixed herbs and serve hot.
