Ingredients Quantity
Paneer cubes 250gms
Red chili powder 1tsp+ 1tsp
Chaat masala 1tsp+ 1tsp
Salt to taste
Refined flour 1tbsp+ 1tsp
Corn starch 1tbsp+ 1tsp
Oil for frying
Coriander stems chopped 1tsp
Water as required+ as required
Ginger chopped 1tbsp
Green chilies chopped 3no.
Dry red chili 1no.
Capsicum ½ no.
Red bell pepper ½ no.
Yellow bell pepper ½ no.
Hing a pinch
Red chili sauce 2 tbsp
Green chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Black salt ¼ tsp
Schezwan chutney 4-5tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1tsp
Method
1. First in bowl add paneer cubes, red chili powder, and Chaat masala, salt to taste, refined flour, and corn starch and coat the paneer properly in it. Keep aside
2. Meanwhile heat the oil for frying and chop the stems of coriander and keep aside.
3. Our oil is ready for frying, add the paneer in the oil and fry till crisp in texture.
4. Meanwhile make the paste of used corn-starch and refined flour by adding little water in it.
5. Our paneer is crisp fried, remove in a plate and keep aside.
6. Now in the same kadai add ginger chopped, green chilies chopped, dry red chilies pieces, coriander stems, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum and saute it.
7. Now add hing, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili powder, Chaat masala, black salt, schezwan chutney, black pepper and salt to taste and mix it properly.
8. Now add water and corn-starch to adjust the gravy.
9. Add fried paneer in it and mix it properly.
10. Our no onion no garlic schezwan paneer is ready.
11. Serve hot.
