Butter                                                                                                        2tbsp+ for spreading+ for spreading+ for grilling

Onion chopped                                                                                         2no.

Tomato chopped                                                                                       1no.

Salt to taste

Red chili powder                                                                                       ½ tsp.

Green chili chopped                                                                                2-3 no.

Water as required

Instant noodle masala                                                                             2tsp

Instant noodle                                                                                         2pkt

Kasuri methi                                                                                           1tsp

Bread                                                                                                     4 slices

Mayonnaise                                                                                           1tbsp

Green chutney                                                                                       1tbsp

Tomato ketchup                                                                                     1tbsp

Grated cheese                                                                                       2tbsp

 

Method

  1. First in pan add oil, butter, chopped onion and sauté for a while.
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes and salt and sauté again
  3. Now add red chili powder, green chilies chopped, and sauté for some time.
  4. Now add water, instant noodle, and instant noodle masala and cook it properly.
  5. Now remove in a bowl and add kasuri methi, mix it and let it cool down.
  6. Now take the bread slices, apply butter and mayonnaise on two slices of bread and spread evenly.
  7. Now on other 2 slices of bread apply green chutney and ketchup and spread evenly.
  8. Now put the instant noodle on the bread slices on which chutney and ketchup is applied.
  9. Add grated cheese on top of it and cover it with the remaining bread slices.
  10. Now apply butter on the covered bread slices.
  11. Apply butter on the griller so it is cooked properly from both the sides.
  12. Let it cook till it is brown from the top.
  13. Cut the sandwich from between and serve it on the plate.
  14. Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
