Oil 2tbsp
Green cardamom 3-4 no.
Cloves 3-4no.
Bay leaf 1no.
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Onion chopped 2no.
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Tomato chopped 2no.
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 2tbsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Dry mango powder ½ tsp
Green chilies slit 3-4no.
Ginger ½ inch+ for garnish
Water 1 ½ cup
Onion cubes 1no.
Capsicum cubes 1no.
Curd 2tbsp
Paneer 250gms
Fresh cream 3tbsp+ for garnish
Coriander chopped 2tbsp
Kasuri methi 1tsp+ for garnish
Method
- In pan add oil, green cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, cumin seeds and sauté for few mins.
- Once the cumin is brown in color add onion and sauté it properly.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté again properly.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and salt to taste and let the tomatoes cook properly for 3-4 mins.
- Now add coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder , dry mango powder, green chilies slit and ginger juliennes and sauté it properly.
- Now add water and cook for 3-4 mins properly to form proper gravy.
- Now add onion cubes and capsicum cubes and let them cook for 4-5 mins.
- Now add curd and sauté it again.
- Now add paneer cubes and sauté it properly.
- Now add fresh cream, coriander chopped, and kasuri methi and mix it properly.
- Our capsicum paneer masala is ready to serve.
- Garnish it with fresh cream, kasuri methi and ginger juliennes.
- Serve it hot and enjoy with family.
