Healthy sweet potato wafers an alternative to regular wafers, good for children. These can be air fried and baked in an oven too.
- Sweet potato- 2-3
- Oil – For deep fry
- Chat masala – To sprinkle
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Black salt – 1 tsp
- Peeled and sliced the sweet potato and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep fry. Fry the potato until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove it on a absorbent paper and let it cool.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala, salt, black salt, red chilli powder and tossed well
- Remove it in a serving bowl and serve .
