Recipe Description

Healthy sweet potato wafers an alternative to regular wafers, good for children. These can be air fried and baked in an oven too.

Ingredient                              Quantity

Sweet potato                           2-3 no.

Oil                                            For deep fry

Chat masala                             to sprinkle

Red chilli powder                     ½ tsp

Black salt                                  1 tsp

Salt                                           to taste

 

Method:

  1. Peel and slice the sweet potato and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the potato until golden brown and crisp.
  3. Remove it on an absorbent paper and let it cool.
  4. Sprinkle some chaat masala, salt, black salt, red chilli powder and toss well
  5. Remove it in a serving bowl and serve.
