Recipe Description
Healthy sweet potato wafers an alternative to regular wafers, good for children. These can be air fried and baked in an oven too.
Ingredient Quantity
Sweet potato 2-3 no.
Oil For deep fry
Chat masala to sprinkle
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel and slice the sweet potato and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the potato until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove it on an absorbent paper and let it cool.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala, salt, black salt, red chilli powder and toss well
- Remove it in a serving bowl and serve.
