Strawberry Pakoda or Strawberry Fritters is a perfect recipe to make the day. Easy to make, hardly takes some time. Ingredient                                          Quantity

Flour                                                     1 ½ cup

Corn flour                                             2 tbsp

Sugar                                                    3 tbsp

Milk                                                      1½ cup

Oil                                                        for frying

Baking soda                                          ½ tsp

Baking powder                                     a pinch

Strawberry                                           5-6 no.

Chocolate sauce                                   1½ tbsp

Cinnamon sugar                                   for dusting

 

Method:

  1. For batter add flour, corn flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add milk little by little and make a thick batter like pan cake batter.
  3. Now add baking powder and baking soda and whisk well.
  4. Cut the strawberries in to 4 and dip it in the batter and deep fry.
  5. When the strawberries are half done then remove it in a tissue paper and reheat the oil, bring it to a high temperature.
  6. Deep fry the half done strawberries until crisp and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with chocolate sauce or any dip of your choice.
